Rental Assistance in DC

The Rental Accommodation Division of DHCD: Offers housing and counseling services to tenants facing eviction or rent assistance problems. Tenants in need of referrals to rental assistance and/or legal counsel providers call (292) 442- 9505 and a DHCD representative will talk you through your options.

Catholic Charities Emergency Rental Assistance Program: Catholic Charities is one of seven community-based organizations that provide emergency rental assistance to low-income D.C. residents through a city program.
